BUILDING CONSCIOUS ORGANIZATIONS:
FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE
According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace published in 2021, only 20% of employees are engaged in the workplace globally. One of the reasons explaining this trend is that organizations are still following structures that are hundreds of years old, while the world and human beings are ever-evolving.
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete” Richard Buckminster Fuller.
How can founders and C-level executives build new organizational models that better fit this century’s needs? What is the integral framework and how can you use it to support deep and sustainable transformations within your organizations?
Who are the companies that pioneer in building integral businesses and what are their learnings?
We address these questions in this webinar “Building Conscious Organizations: From Theory to Practice” with our guest Marco Antonio Robledo, Author of the book 3D Management, an expert in New Organizational Paradigms and Professor and Director of the MBA at the University of the Balearic Islands. This event is hosted by Dounia Zellou, Alchemist of Change and Founder of Humanaya.
