Dr Marco Antonio Robledo is a Professor of MBA at the University of Balearic Islands. Most of his research focuses on new management paradigms and for years he has been studying and working with more conscious, humane, and socially responsible organizations. He defines himself as a change agent who helps organizations and individuals in their development and sustainability. He is the author of the first integrally built management metatheory which he presents in his recent book "3D Management, an integral theory for organisations at the forefront of evolution", with a foreword by Ken Wilber.
