OUR FOUNDER
Dounia Zellou
Founder & CEO of Humanaya
Dounia Zellou founded Humanaya in 2020 after experiencing high pressure workplace environments, burnout and self-introspection.
She worked for 8 years in Private Banking & Asset Management industry, where she had various roles in Operations, Marketing, Consulting and Management. After leading transformation programs for various international banks, she turned into her own personal transformation driven by her childhood dream to become an entrepreneur.
Through her journey she realized that purpose and money were highly dissociated in collective beliefs. And yet happy and accomplished human beings doing what they love are far more creative and performing than when "just doing a job".
Dounia founded Humanaya to unleash human potential and support the emergence of new organizational models built around purpose and human consciousness development. Humanaya's solutions offer is developed and inspired by Dounia's expertise and experiences, based on a holistic, human-centered and multidimensional approach. Humanaya is based in Paris and provides solutions worldwide.
Dounia is certified as Erickson Solution Focus Coach (ICF accredited), Ikigaï Coach, ThetaHealing Practicionner and Mindfulness Facilitator and trained to Intuitive Dance & Embodiement Facilitation. She is a passionate salsa dancer and an authentic leader. She holds a Master of Sciences in Management from E.M. Lyon Business School.
